The pattern for this baby coat was in Hip Knits. Body knit in one piece, finishing seams for arms and sides. The hood portion called for 17″ in the pattern…I thought that was way off, so I stuck to about 9-10″. Made in about a 4-6 month size and the finished knit on it is very stretchy.
Started a one piece raglan cardigan baby boy sweater. Found problems in first row after ribbing that required an adjustment in the lapel area stitches, but once I fixed that problem, it’s easy knitting here out. Will do the sleeves in the round for no-seam finishing. Will I have it done by tomorrow, only my knitting needles knows.

Aw, your garter stitch baby hoodie is so cute! I love hoodies and babies with hoodies.
Nice to meet you; I’m in West Seattle!
